Gabriela Jordan, MBA
Founder & Principal Consultant
Ms. Jordan is a seasoned consultant with over ten years of experience across the defense healthcare, hospitality, and small business sectors. She founded FERRUFINO to bring structure, clarity, and peace of mind to professionals who are juggling growth, operations, and a vision.
Prior to launching her firm, she led high-visibility initiatives for government agencies, including the Defense Health Agency and the Navy Bureau of Medicine and Surgery in Falls Church, VA. Her expertise spans project management, client engagement, data analytics, customer service, and cross-functional team coordination.

Ms. Jordan holds degrees from Virginia Tech University and George Mason University. She is known for her ability to simplify complexity, support ambitious goals, and deliver results with a calm, confident presence.
