Founder
Gabriela Jordan, MBA
Ms. Jordan brings more than a decade of experience supporting complex organizations across defense healthcare, hospitality, and small business operations. Her work has centered on coordinating high-visibility initiatives and supporting senior leadership teams in environments where operational discipline, discretion, and reliability are essential.
Prior to founding Ferrufino, she supported executive leadership and major initiatives connected to the Defense Health Agency and the Navy Bureau of Medicine and Surgery in Falls Church, Virginia. While supporting the Defense Health Agency, she coordinated national leadership gatherings that convened senior stakeholders from across the Military Health System to address operational priorities and critical initiatives.
Known for her focused approach, Ms. Jordan brings structure and clarity to complex logistical environments. Her work emphasizes disciplined planning, strong stakeholder coordination, and operational systems that enable leadership events to run smoothly and professionally.
