Owner & Program Manager
Ms. Jordan is a trusted business consultant who helps leaders reclaim their time, reduce overwhelm, and achieve meaningful growth. With more than ten years of experience in defense healthcare, hospitality, and small business operations, she blends strategic vision with practical execution.
She founded FERRUFINO to give entrepreneurs and mission-driven professionals the clarity, structure, and reliable support they need to focus on what they do best. Before launching her firm, she guided senior executives and delivered high-profile initiatives for the Defense Health Agency and the Navy Bureau of Medicine and Surgery in Falls Church, VA.
A graduate of Virginia Tech and George Mason University, Ms. Jordan is valued for her calm, focused approach and her skill in transforming complex challenges into clear, actionable plans. Outside of client work, she enjoys spending time with loved ones and mentoring emerging professionals.
